I adopted my Springer x GW Haired Pointer back in April this year (2013) he’s 4yrs old. We were going for nice long walks to begin with which he really enjoyed, then he became lame on his back right leg so a vet visit was needed. After an x-ray we discovered the poor boy had hip dysplasia so he was put on a course of carprieve injections, 1 a week for 4 weeks, then 1 a month. They seemed to work wonders and he was walking a lot better. Then my sister found Hands 4 Hounds, the vet agreed that it might be of benefit so I thought why not give it a go.

Louise did a thorough assessment on the first visit, she was very patient with a restless dog. After 2 visits his stride is better, he has his Springer spring back and he’s so much better in himself, the change has been remarkable. I can highly recommend Hands 4 Hounds.
