I adopted my Springer x GW Haired Pointer back in April this year (2013) he’s 4yrs old. We were going for nice long walks to begin with which he really enjoyed, then he became lame on his back right leg so a vet visit was needed. After an x-ray we discovered the poor boy had hip dysplasia so he was put on a course of carprieve injections, 1 a week for 4 weeks, then 1 a month.
